Beautiful hotel in a historic building.

Although we reported the malfunctioning air conditioning, it was never resolved, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable . The cleanliness of our toilet upon arrival was disappointing and not up to standard.

We had a suite and it was functional and good sized.

Everything was good - elegant rooms and satisfactory breakfasts. Breakfast with stunning views. Excellent service and reasonable value. Excellent facilities, parking nearby. Such great experience there.

A good breakfast experience

Waking up to a customized breakfast was a real treat, served either in the lovely common area or at my own balcony. The view was picturesque, and the ambiance was cozy.

Unfortunately, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, especially during the early morning. The air conditioning system could use a boost for variety in temperature.

I greatly enjoyed its reasonable and best possible location!

The stuff where all customer-oriented, really helpful. I had suite that also was complete with the view of Quattro Canti...

The location is decent but i was shocked at the dirty and poorly maintained room, it did not match the photos! The air conditioning barely worked. I almost wrote a good review after a lovely breakfast, but then i remembered the noise from the street and how i didn't get an upgrade. Shameful!

Consider me officially shocked

Situated right in the historical heart, this place is a gem! Spacious, modern rooms with fridges add a touch of comfort. The staff were fantastic, even arranging our parking. Breakfast was particularly noteworthy for the ability to customize our choices. A true delight amidst the city hustle, this spot was really good!

Breakfast delivered to my room was a good surprise.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Double Suite, and everything was really good! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including premium bedding and a lovely balcony with a great view. The location was central yet peaceful was great. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic-there was a wide selection of options that were prepared fresh each day.

The only downside was that local musicians played late at night.
